Karan Veer Mehra offers insight into his character in “Pukaar Dil Se Dil Tak

Sony Entertainment Television’s riveting family drama, ‘Pukaar – Dil Se Dil Tak’, is a compelling narrative about love, loss, and redemption. Set against the backdrop of Jaipur, the show traces the journey of a mother and her two daughters, who are tragically separated by a wicked scheme. As fate would have it, the paths of Saraswati, Vedika, and Koel will unknowingly converge once again, and together, they must confront the forces who tore their family apart.

Karan Veer Mehra, a well-known artist in the entertainment industry, will be seen playing a cameo in the show as Gautam, who has a pivotal role in the storyline. Gautam has huge respect for the Maheshwari family and has risen the ranks in their business; he feels what he is today is because of them. With a business-oriented mind and a hardworking nature, Gautam is not only an asset to the Maheshwari business, but he is also a loving husband to Saraswati and a doting father to his twin daughters, who he loves a lot.

Expressing his excitement about being a part of the show, actor Karan Veer Mehra shared, “Gautam is the main mind behind the success of the Maheshwari family business, and he continues to be in their employ as he feels it’s his duty towards Digvijay and Rajeshwari Maheshwari. Gautam is very sweet, generous, and kind to everyone; he is unable to see how the Maheshwaris use him to their advantage. It’s an out-and-out positive character which I have not done in a while and I’m happy to play a positive role after so many years. Sayli and I have worked together in the past as well, where we portrayed a couple, and now she’s playing my daughter on the show; I often tease her about this. While my character, Gautam, is short lived, the impact it creates will be a turning point for all the events that will unfold in the show and it will be intriguing for viewers to see Saraswati, Vedika, and Koel come together as one force to reclaim their lost world.”
